Malea Parker is the Owner/Operator of Harlem Little Learners, where she leads program operations, structure, and family engagement with a focus on reliability and intentional care. An economics student at Stony Brook University and a graduate of Queensborough Community College with a background in business administration, Malea brings strong organizational leadership and operational planning skills to her role as a licensed child care provider. Her experience as a founder and creative professional informs her structured, detail-oriented approach to building a safe, nurturing, and well-managed early learning environment for young children and working families in Harlem.

Ivory Parker, Lead Educator/Caregiver

Ivory Parker is a graduate of Howard University and an early childhood educator with classroom experience at Success Academy Charter Schools. With a background in structured learning environments and hands-on teaching, she brings patience, attentiveness, and intentional engagement to her work with young children. At Harlem Little Learners, Ivory supports daily routines, early literacy activities, and age-appropriate exploration in a calm, nurturing setting. She is committed to fostering confidence, curiosity, and a strong developmental foundation for every child in her care.

Margery Hannah, Business Contact/Caregiver

Margery Hannah holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Stony Brook University and has professional experience spanning education, curriculum development, grant management, and community programming. She previously served as a substitute teacher with the New York City Department of Education and as a Writing Specialist at Wichita State University, where she supported students in developing foundational literacy and communication skills. At Harlem Little Learners, Margery brings a structured, literacy-centered approach to early childhood care, emphasizing language development, intentional routines, and a nurturing environment that supports confidence, curiosity, and school readiness.
