Harlem Little Learners provides high-quality, Montessori-inspired early childhood care in a structured, nurturing environment designed to support independence, early literacy, and school readiness.
Enrollment is offered based on availability, scheduling alignment, and regulatory capacity requirements.
We operate 24 hours, Monday through Friday, and space is limited.
Enrollment Steps
Harlem Little Learners prioritizes care for young children in a calm, developmentally appropriate setting. Enrollment is contingent upon:
- Available space
- Alignment with requested schedule
- Age group capacity
- Confirmation of subsidy authorization (if applicable)
We carefully manage enrollment to maintain a safe and structured learning environment.
Step 1 – Submit the Enrollment Application
Complete our online Enrollment & Tuition Agreement form. All required information must be submitted for review.
Step 2 – Application Review (Within 48 Hours)
Applications are reviewed based on availability, scheduling compatibility, and program capacity.
Step 3 – Approval & Required Documentation
If approved, families will receive written confirmation and next steps, including:
- Required medical documentation
- Tuition agreement and deposit instructions (for private pay families)
- Subsidy authorization confirmation (for voucher families)
Step 4 – Start Date Confirmation
Care may begin only after all required documentation and authorization requirements have been completed and confirmed in writing.
