Harlem Little Learners

2-K & 3-K Enrollment

Harlem Little Learners is a participating member of the United Network for Early Childhood Education Provider Network, which works in partnership with the New York City Department of Education (NYC DOE) to support families seeking high-quality early learning opportunities for their children.

As a participating provider, we focus on serving children in the important years leading up to kindergarten and work closely with our network to help families navigate the City’s 2-K and 3-K enrollment process.

Already Have a 2-K or 3-K Offer?

Families who have already received a DOE-funded 2-K or 3-K seat or offer should contact Latisha Watt, Network Director, United Network for Early Childhood Education Provider Network, at 212-844-0644 for assistance enrolling their child through the United Network at Harlem Little Learners. Transitioning from an ACS Child Care Voucher

Families currently using an ACS child care voucher may be eligible to transition from voucher-funded care to a DOE-funded 2-K or 3-K seat. The United Network can review the child’s eligibility and guide the family through the conversion and enrollment process.

Applying for 2-K or 3-K

Families who do not yet have an offer should complete an application through NYC MySchools, the City’s official application platform for 2-K, 3-K, and other public-school programs.

If Current Student appears as an option, families whose children are already enrolled at Harlem Little Learners should select it. A family may initially see a waitlist result; the United Network can verify eligible children as current students and make an offer when a seat is available. A waitlist placement itself is not an enrollment offer, so families should remain in contact with the network regarding next steps.
